Ancient Greece Clothing
    The main clothing that the Ancient Greeks wore was a tunic called a chiton. There were also other kinds of tunics, such as Peplos, and Himation.  They were held together by pins on the shoulders. There was a belt holding it together by the waist. All clothing was made of smooth, cool garments. Ancient Greeks wore sandals all year round because it was very hot all year round in the world of Ancient Greece. At home, they were usually bare-footed. The first hat was designed in Ancient Greece. It was brimmed and very broad. There were also chin straps for people who loved to travel.
